What is the pedal Trolley?

The Pedal Trolley is a pedal-powered, multi-passenger vehicle designed for guided tours, private events, and group outings; built for safety, comfort, and fun, it’s available in different sizes and configurations and can be customized with seating, sound systems, and branding to suit everything from casual sightseeing to corporate outings—perfect whether you’re trying pedal-powered tours for the first time or scaling up to larger, recurring events.
Where do we meet for our tour?

We begin and end our tours at 21 West Romana Street Public Parking Lot in downtown Pensacola next to Bistrology. Beverages are available for purchase prior to tours but please bring cups as there is no glass permitted in the open when the Pedal Trolley when in motion. (Glass can be stored in coolers)
Where do we go? Are you open during palafox construction?

Yes — but we’re still rolling! We’ve made a small temporary route adjustment to avoid the construction area and keep your ride smooth, safe, and fun. You’ll still enjoy the full Pedal Trolley experience through downtown, just along a slightly different path for now until construction is complete in the summer.
Is there a minimum age to ride?

We require all passengers to be 16 years or older. Only those 21 and older are allowed to consume alcohol onboard the Pedal Trolley. Please note that not all bars and pub stops allow underage guests later in the evenings. Please call if you have further questions.
Absolutely not! We do smaller “rent by seat” rentals and will pair you with other smaller groups to fill up the Pedal Trolley. We can get the Pedal Trolley moving at a decent speed with a minimum of 5 people. If we do not book at least 5 seats total, the Pedal Trolley will not go out, so the more the better! (See Cancellation Policy below)

Do we need 15 people to ride?
The more people pedaling, the easier it is, but we do have a motor to make the ride smooth and easy! There are 12 bicycle seats (with backs). There’s also a 3-seat back bench which is designed for those riders who want to relax or physically incapable of the rigors of pedaling – or maybe just for the VIPs of your group!

Is it hard to pedal?
You bring the tunes, and we’ll provide the speakers to play the hits! We can connect your phone via aux cord or bluetooth or just ask your Pedal Trolley guide to DJ!

Is there music?
What is the cancellation policy?

We offer Trip Assurance for flexibility if your plans change or we must cancel due to bad weather. With Trip Assurance you can get a full refund for cancellations up to 7 days before your tour, or if the National Weather Service issues a Severe Weather Warning that forces us to cancel during your scheduled time.
To buy it, choose the “Trip Assurance” add-on at checkout. For mixer tours, select Trip Assurance for each ticket you want covered. Without Trip Assurance all sales are final. If we cancel for severe weather and you don’t have Trip Assurance, you’ll receive a credit for a future tour at any TourScale location (Trolley Pub, Paddle Pub, Tiki Pub) in the U.S.

Are we allowed to tip?
Our policy is we roll rain or shine. We have a canopy over the top of the Pedal Trolley that will help prevent getting soaked, but even with the canopy you will probably get a few sprinkles on you. We promise a little bit of rain will not stop the party. If you’re unsure, please bring a coat or book a tour for another day.
